The Uploaded File Could Not Be Moved to Wp-content/uploads/2015/10.

Anyone know how to fix this error?

We had a client contact us because they had someone setup their website but now they're unable to update any files or upload any media.

What we've tried so far:

1. Added SFTP information to wpconfig

2. Tried folder permissions at 775

Do yous know how to set this error? Attached are some screenshots (the server one was taken before folder permissions were updated)

Server: Ubuntu xvi.04.i x64 on Digital Ocean
